I called Accurately Controlled Environment for a quote on a mini-split system. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they were also very nice and explained everything to me. When I asked questions about certain things with my current AC system, they were honest and upfront. They installed the mini splits in ONE DAY!! I did wind up having a minor issue with one of the systems, but in one email and the very next morning, a technician was at my door and fixed everything. Please do yourself a favor and use these guys. Karl and everyone are absolutely fantastic. I will be using them for my HVAC needs in the future. Sometimes it is hard to find a business that you can trust, but I found it with these guys. I cannot recommend it enough. They are very nice, professional and trustworthy.

I have dealt with “ACE” for approximately 4 years. They provide exceptional service, are very professional. Their office staff are very informative, ALWAYS extremely helpful and all with a kind and caring demeanor.

Eric came out to provide an estimate for a new heating and AC system that we wanted to replace proactively due to age and AC issues. The AC went just as we were getting quotes. He got it up and running in the heat at no cost while we were getting estimates and making a decision. He took the time to answer all my questions and went above and beyond even before we decided to go with ACE. Their quote was reasonable compared to others, especially for top-name equipment. The techs did a great job with the installation. Karl was very professional, responsive, and helpful taking care of the contract, permits, scheduling, paperwork, and answering all questions. My family and I thank you for getting the AC running in a pinch and the great install of the new system! Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

ACE was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking to have my system replaced. Everyone that I dealt with, from Karl in the office to Fred and Mike, who installed our new system, was very professional and they went the extra mile to provide great customer service. Our building contractor put us in touch with Accurately Controlled Environments when he was adding another room to our house back in 2001 and we’ve been using them ever since for all our service and maintenance. Plus, they completely upgraded our aging heating and air conditioner system several years ago with a new modern, high efficiency system that drastically cut our utility bills. Their work has been outstanding and it’s been a pleasure dealing with the company all these years. I can’t say enough about their excellent service and equipment, plus everyone with the company is always pleasant to deal with.
